I Have Found A Way To Make Light Saber Effects In Photoshop but to make a movie with lightsabers u need adobe premiere to convert the movie file to filmstrip file and then convert the filmstrip file back to somthiing like .avi is there a free program that does this?

I know what you want to do...I did it for some lightsaber action in a highschool film class, I dont think there is a free program to do this. I just looked in all my fav DL locations and didn't see one. I used Premiere... you could DL the demo of it and use it for 30 days or something like that. And the prcedure is called "retroscoping"or "rotoscoping"...it must have taken the original Star Wars people FOREVER to do it by hand... sad.gif
