Has anyone ever used a compact flash memory card in place of an xbox hard drive? There are CF-to-IDE adapters out there, I was just wondering if they would work in an xbox.

It would work, but your CF/Microdrive would have to be at least 8GB!

Nah more like 4gb. Thats approx. what I had used on my hd once I reformatted and such. Maybe Im wrong though. Either way, it would get really expensive.

Yeah, I don't really have a reason for it, was just curious. Good to know, thanks.
