Right i have installed my xecuter2 pro in my xbox.
Yay! its works.
I am presented with "Linux Clean Bios 1.8", i have a version 1.1 xbox.

But the question is now what do i do?!?

I would like a new bios so i can play my backups etc

Help would be appreciated

I don't even own an xbox yet, but from reading the forums enough I would say you need to flash with the ozxflash meathod. Link below:

year i have tryed and my cd-rs are not compatible sad.gif
so i was just wondering if there was any other way , untill i get new cd-rw or a dvd writer.

on the back i have a flasher for the x2p but i am not sure what i need for it

oh well

if im not mistaken u said u have X2 pro right? well x2 pro has external programmer which u connect to pc and program it.....but since x2 pros dont come with any bios u must have x2 lite smile.gif so u do need to use ozx to flash it....and there is no other way to flash it w/out a bootable cd-rw smile.gif

download your preferred bios
hook your xbox to your pc via parallel cable.
use xbm to flash your chip.
you still need a bootble cdr/cdrw to setup your dashboard tho....... wink.gif
