Maybe your MC360 version is not up to date or another good reason would be that You have other mods conflicting with this one. You have to be selctive about your mods, you can't use em all at once.

Here is a post i posted to try and help someone else out, they havn't replied so i dont know if it worked, but it worked for me so i could for you.

it is possible to use all the mods, you just have to tweak then so they dont interfear with each other, takes some time though, but worth it in the end

This is for a dashboard button, but same principles for any of those buttons

well make sure the label # for the button (dashboard) matches the unclude # in the xml
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Dialogbuttonmenu.xml (find the description for the button you replaced)

<control>
<description>Restart Xbmc Description MultiLine</description>
<type>label</type>
<posx>380</posx>
<posy>115</posy>
<width>300</width>
<height>200</height>
<wrapmultiline>true</wrapmultiline>
<include>19304</include> - this # needs to match the # for the description in the inlcudes.xml (see below)
<font>font14</font>
<textcolor>FF000000</textcolor>
<include>shadow-grey</include>
<visible>Control.HasFocus(3110)</visible>
<animation effect="fade" delay="450" time="200">WindowOpen</animation>
<animation effect="fade" time="200">WindowClose</animation>
</control>

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Includes.xml (this is my includes xml so yours may look different)

<!-- Shutdown Blade Descriptions -->
<include name="19300"><label>Launch an alternate dashboard on the xbox.</label></include>
<include name="19301"><label>Shutdown your Xbox console</label></include>
<include name="19302"><label>Set a timer to shutdown your Xbox console</label></include>
<include name="19303"><label>Clear your X,Y,Z Cache folders</label></include>
<include name="19304"><label>Restart Xbox Media Center</label></include>
<include name="19305"><label>Log off your profile back to the login screen.</label></include>
<include name="19306"><label>Enable or disable the Master Lock for each section of Xbox Media Center.</label></include>

well it worked before when I did this...so i don't know

also the thing is that the marketplace mod doesen't work BY ITSELF either. It's bizarre so that's why I'm thinking it not updated. Also as I recall alst time I installed the MC360 skin, it came with the marketplace is that true?

also on the mod this is in the README.txt

what i would do is get your old include.xml file (the one u had before the mod)

And Paste this:

CODE
<!-- Begin XBMC Live includes -->
    <include name="Marketplace"><label>Live Marketplace</label></include>
    <include name="MarketplaceDesc"><label>Go to the XBMC Live Marketplace to download content to customize your MC360</label></include>
    <include name="30001"><label>Game Trainers</label></include>
    <include name="30002"><label>Game Videos</label></include>
    <include name="30003"><label>Media and Logos</label></include>
    <include name="30004"><label>Themes/Wallpapers</label></include>
    <include name="30005"><label>Xbox Icons</label></include>
    <include name="30006"><label>Script Downloads</label></include>
    <include name="30007"><label>Internet Apps</label></include>
    <include name="30008"><label>Featured Downloads</label></include>
    <include name="30009"><label>Internet Apps</label></include>

    <include name="30051"><label>Download game trainers to enhance your gaming experience through: * Infinite Money * All items * God mode * Etc.</label></include>
    <include name="30052"><label>Watch game trailer videos including the: * Newest * Top Rated * Reviews * And even search!</label></include>
    <include name="30053"><label>Change the sounds or splash logo on your MC360 including sounds such as: * Sonic * Mario * Forza * Etc.</label></include>
    <include name="30054"><label>Get a theme to customize your XBMC interface such as: * FIFA England * Lost * Sexy Girls * Etc.</label></include>
    <include name="30055"><label>Find new icons for your xbox including: * Emu Icons * App Icons * Game Icons * and even Wide Icons.</label></include>
    <include name="30056"><label>Install custom scripts for XBMC such as: * Video Streams * myTV * iFilm * Etc.</label></include>
    <include name="30057"><label>Use popular apps to carry out your internet needs such as: * POP Email * Streaming TV * TV Guides * Etc.</label></include>
    <include name="30058"><label>See the latest and newest content available through XBMC Live for your Xbox.</label></include>

    <include name="MarketplaceDesc"><label>XMBC Live connects you to the Marketplace allowing you the ability to download content to customize your MC360.</label></include>
    <include name="kaiinfo"><label>Disable Kai Info</label></include>
    <include name="liveani"><label>Disable Live Animation</label></include>

    <include name="SubmenuAni">
        <animation effect="fade" delay="450" time="200">WindowOpen</animation>
        <animation effect="fade" time="200">WindowClose</animation>
        <animation effect="zoom" start="95" end="100" center="515,430" time="300" reversible="false">focus</animation>
    </include>
<!-- End XBMC Live includes -->

Right after this code:

CODE
<!-- These Blade Headers should be in LOWER CASE, no capitol first letters -->
    <include name="19008"><label>Games</label></include>
    <include name="19009"><label>Media</label></include>
    <include name="19010"><label>Xlink kai</label></include>
    <include name="19011"><label>System</label></include>
    <include name="19051"><label>Game saves</label></include>
    <include name="19052"><label>Homebrew</label></include>
    <include name="19053"><label>Movie trailers</label></include>
    <include name="19046a"><label>Xbmc live</label></include>
<!-- End of LOWER CASE headers -->

im pretty sure your problem is in the includes, if this doesn't work try downloading the newest t3ch release of xbmc and the newest release on mc360 and re-install the mod

yeah, dirka is right. the problem is your includes. the latest version of mc360 should work with the marketplace mod. i've tested it a couple of times. are you running any other mods?

mine was working perfectly before I updated to the latest t3ch build, after which some of the includes tags got screwed up, and I really have no idea why. The includes numbers matched perfectly but it just didn't like the numbers for some reason. It happened to me in the XBMC Live description, as well as in the Kai Info Disable lable and in a mod i did to the shutdown menu. So, I simply changed the the includes ID to something else I was sure nothing else was (such as 91919) and changed the live blade and option menu and so on accordingly and it fixed the problem.
