i'd guess 1 of 2 things or both

1) a bad MTKFLASH
or
2) you aren't disconnecting all your other devices cept for your boot device. (floppy)

1:) I use some MTK such as mtkflash.exe;mtkflashvia;mtkflashvia32 and a mtkflash.exe I had modified it, but none can read the correct dvdkey(because i have the correct KEY)

2:)I had unplug my pc devices already.

can also try removing all your pci cards (cept video if pci-e)
incase you are having irq conflict.

also, try moving to a different PCI slot incase its a shared slot

also, make sure your TYP filename for the mtkflash matches the exe
should stick with the mtkflashvia32, but rename it to mtkflash and remove all others from the boot device (floppy, usb) to be sure its not conflicting with any others filenames. (mtkflashvia32.exe is too long of a filename, reduce it to 8 characters)

EDIT - also not just unplug the other HDD's, CD-ROMs, DVD-ROM's
but disable the sata/ide ports in the bios as well.
oh and did you try the other sata port on the card?

One thing I would certainly NOT do is attempt to write back to the firmware until you've got this problem nailed.
