The Tdata and Udata folders contain game saves, downloaded/updated content for games such as updated maps for Halo and Far Cry, and music you put on your Xbox from the MS Dash.

Use a game save manager like DVD2Xbox or XBMC to delete the game saves. Don't just choose folders randomly and start deleting.

Why do you feel the need?

like 1hotjob said it contains game saves and updated content for you games (Halo2 map's,music, ect.) but if you delete any of it you will have at least 1 corrupt or lost gam save so if you need to do it then i would just delete 'em al???

Nah, leave those alone. If you need to get rid of emulator settings, go into a game save manager (call me old fashioned, but i use the regular MS dash for that) to delete any saves for that emulator.
