No, currently, this is not possible.

The first reason that prevents a computer from accessing an [unlocked] Xbox hard drive is that it doesn't natively support recognizing the 'FATX' file system.

Secondly, the applications that allow a computer to access an Xbox hard drive only scan the IDE bus for a drive.

Just use FTP to transfer and copy files to and from your XBOX's HD.

Make sure that your computer uses Linux and has the FATX patch installed in the kernel (and USB support, off course). When you unlock the drive (if it is locked) using the tools which you can get from xboxhdm, it should be possible to mount the drive and grab the files.

I cant really ftp it because something happened to my xbox. When ever i reboot my xbox it will load to the xbox logo and stay there. I recently add XBMC to it. So i need someway to access that hard drive and fix it. Anyone hav any idea?
