Internet connection sharing: enabled

if you shared the internet connection via windows, all should be ok
(again i did this yonks ago, and windows was insistant it got 192.168.0.1)
your ipcongig /all shows the adaptor at 192.168.0.2
i would try setting up ics sharing again

set the xbox to dchp for now
if ics does its job correctly the PC will act as a dhcp server for the XBOX connection
you should then be able to get rss feeds and weather.

if you want static addressing, i would look at xbmc system info get the working dns's and plug them in
the gateway will be 192.168.0.1, and the subnet 255.255.255.0 (i asumme your post was a mistype and not 255.255.255.9!)
any ip in the range 192.168.0.2 - 192.168.0.255 should be fine
