Oooh, I want to see that really badly - but I have no idea when it actually comes out here in DC. It looks hysterical - watching the trailer cracked me up.

I'm going to a screening in Dallas tonight. I can't freaking wait. This is my LOTR and Star Wars trilogies all rolled into one.

rotfl.gif <-- Doesn't begin to describe how funny this movie is.

Good lord, I swear I cracked some ribs from laughing so hard. A guy somewhere in the middle of the theater puked from laughing. Well, I don't know if he really puked, but it sounded like it. Then people started laughing at that. laugh.gif

When I went to see it, the theater was packed. The entire audience was guffawing most of the time so it was hard to hear what was going on in the movie at times.

Cohen is truly talented. He doesn't miss a beat. He doesn't break character for an instant. His "producer," Azamat, is comedy gold! I can't wait for the DVD to see some of the deleted scenes. I've seen some, but there have to be some scenes that really crossed the line. This movie was funnier than Jackass Number Two, and I thought that movie was hilarious.

I haven't seen it yet! So excited, I think I will go tonight or tomorrow. I hope the theater is packed when I go because there's nothing like a good comedy with a full theater.

I think some of it is scripted like scenes involving his producer (the hotel scene, in particular) and his girlfriend, but I think the interview portions are improvisational like his show. I don't think the rodeo scene is scripted, though.
