Now, Will My Current Dvd Drive Be Able To Burn Backups?

Its a Sony DVD RW DRU 710A

How do I tell if this can do all that bit setting jazz?

I believe that is a rebadged Lite-On drive (you will have to look for which model it is). Either way it definitely supports D/L burning so you should be good to go (it will allow booktype change with the proper firmware). Which DVD-ROM drive do you have in your 360 though? That is crucial as the Hitachi will require the latest firmware update with mediacheck before it will work properly.

By the looks of it, I dont even need to set my bit setting with xtreme33

Im having a tough time burning now, I made a coaster last night "please put this disk in a 360" message popped up. Im thinking it was the SS.bin file.

I just ripped another with schtrom v2.1
It gave me an Image.000, and an image.dvd file, as well as a video360.iso file

What is with the video360 file? I just burnt the image file in clonedvd

Did I make another coaster?
