Tons of posts here on media related issues. Bottom line Verbatim D/L media is far and above the best option out there for D/L media. Both Memorex and Fujifilm are made by Ritek (media ID code: Ritek D01) which are all over the place for compatibility (some have great luck with them, some have mixed results, some have no luck with them). That and the longevity studies on them thus far aren't promising, so even if you end up with a working disc, it could easily become unreadable after say a year or less. Keep an eye out for verbatim specials at futureshop as they have great deals on them every few weeks. *EDIT* I wouldn't be buying EITHER of those discs at that price. The regular price on Verbatim isn't that much more expensive and the sale prices are significantly cheaper. Price per disc. Fujifilm=$3.00, Memorex=$2.80, Verbatim=$3.25. With those kind of margines it isn't worth it to be cheap. That and unlike the other two the Verbatim can be burned at up to 8x with most late model burners and firmware revisions.
