Ok so after you flash your driver with the latest firmware what can your xbox360 play we all know (DVD+R DL) is one but what about. (DVD-R),(DVD+R),(DVD-R DL) can they all be used with the xbox360? I mean with my 1st xbox i used DVD-R's . SOooo What can the xbox360 use can't find the answer on any where on the forum or google. Plezz help.

Kinda. Movies can be put on normal DVD+/-R, but games will need to be on DVD+R DL.

I mean when you want to play an Xbox1 on the xbox360 it has to be DVD+R Dl too????

You asked a direct question and I answered it.

Yes it does.

You need to burn the Xbox 1 games on DVD+R DL media to run them. The security sectors also have to be present which any old Xbox 1 backups did not have. You would need to re-rip from an original.

Actually, when the Xbox 360 first was released, I did some testing and found that it reads DVD-R DLs as well - but not very well smile.gif

thats whats i'am hereing. also that it chould be fixed with firemware upgrade BUT none have bine released.
