Hi, I just fired up xbmc to watch some divx files which are 4:3 screen ratio. Usually when I watch these files they are stretched to fill the screen on my widescreen tv which I like, but for some reason now they are showing in proper 4:3 with black bars down either side of the screen, something which has not happened before.
All 16:9 files play full screen and fit perfectly. I have checked all the video settings and nothing seems to have changed in xbmc's settings menus and also in the original xbox MS dash. They are all set to 480p 16:9.
What could have caused this probelm to start ?

You can change the stretching options by pressing 'y'. Or you can use the menu to toggle that setting then set as default for all videos if you wish for it to be defaulted.
