I've read the tutorial "Multibios guide: Making TSOP Split 4 Ways (v0.2)" by Jujupinto85 and at the bottom of the tutorial he says "Now you can go on live! with this setup by leaving all switches OFF."
In what I've read in the past, when connecting to XBLive the bios size is also checked to make sure the Xbox was booted from a 1mb bios. In his example he split the TSOP into 4 making the original Xbox bios a 256k size bios.
Is it possible to connect to XBLive with a bios less than 1mb and not get banned?
Thanks for any help,

Yes, it is defintely possible.

I have flashed my tsop using two bioses, the first 512 bios is the standard MS xbox bios.

The second bios is 512k image of the latest xecuter bios.

I use it on live and have yet to be banned. The final line is, it works.

Guess I just needed a second person confirming this before I attempted it.

wait, wat if you try this,

Original + Original + Hacked + Original , because I heard that Xbox reads the 4th quarter by default so Live might check the fourth quarder and if there is Hacked there then it might ban you ? or may be when the 3rd and fourth quarters are grounded then 2nd becomes 4th ? anyways we need to develop on this, its a really cool idea ..
