I lived in Albuquerque! Also lived in Alamagordo for a wii bit. Probably spent 7-8 years in New Mexico all together.
I can't even think of any good tourist places off the top of my head..except for like..White Sands.
You could probably hit up a website like... www.newmexico.com. lol. I have no idea if that link works, but I wouldn't be surprised if it did.

Drive to Vegas?
Me and my dad would get into FAR too much trouble in Vegas. He brings out the best in me, and I in him. And unfortuanately, our best generally tends to get people in trouble.
There's got to be SOMETHING to do out there. There's those caves, Carlbad Caverns is it? He's interested in that. Beyond that we have no agenda except for hanging with my uncle. I figured there were bound to be a few people on this site from the Southwest and that some of you know of some things to do out that way.

If not, there are casinos and whatnot on all the Indian Reservations throughout all of AZ.
You could continue on to Tijuana too.

I love it there, it's a rather strange state though, half is flat and hot as can be with random little shanty towns and the other half is beautiful mountains, nice people, and clean air.
