You have two files right?

1) The bin
2) The cue

They should not be zipped up.

Do you mean a "folder" named roms? Have you tried loading the cue instead of the bin?

YES when i click on the cue it says something like choose the bin file and make sure they have the same name

i am using pcsx should i try a different emulator or is there a guide that i should use to get this emulator up and running or should i burn a disc with the info on it and just play it in my xbox if that is an option

Don't forget to remove the savegame from the old emulator or the new emu will load the old config and the problem might remain.

1. make sure you really are putting the bios in the right folder

2. make sure the bios file is spelled exactly scph1001.bin it can't be spelled anything else or it won't work

3. make sure your not running your game in HLE mode instead of bios mode

and try another game besides this one just to make sure its not the game
