I used xboxhdm to install a 320 gig hd and it reads that I have an f drive and I added the g drive through krayzies extras and formatted it. Do I still need to use the xbpartioner for any reason?

Thank you very much. Is 387 gb the max until you have to use the partioning software?

You can put in a 500 gig without formatting to 32k clusters. A 500 gig drive minus the C and E drives and what you lose through formatting gives you about 470 - 480 gigs which would be a 240gig F and G.
