My 360 is dead, no power, no flashing lights, no fan spin, nothing. This is a stock 360 that has never been tampered with so I tried a new rf board and a different power supply, but still no power. Any suggestions?

See if the 5v standby from the PSU is getting into the 360, the pin may be broken on the power connector of the 360 for it or not making contact.

If that's not it then you could possibly spend weeks looking for the real issue. Look around for a burnt componnent, check for shorts on the 5v, 12v lines, never know what ya may find. If it fails to be something failrly simple, open, short, burnt part(s) then it may be one of the many ICs on the board and troubleshooting down there gets to be more of a pain if you don't have another working 360 to go by to compare voltage reading and such, and possibly another one to swap out certain parts from that are just a mess to check.
