I soldered off the power diode and lost it sad.gif . NOw HOW CAN I REPLACE THE BASTARD?????? The one on the top with the numbers 103 on it.

Here's my 0.02. Maybe someone else has a better idea.

I am assume you lost the surface mount component "R3G4". The letter "R" usually means resistor. Translating "103" means 10K. 10 + 3 zeros = 10000. You should be able to get the same value resistor at Radio Shack, but in 1/4 watt size. The trick is solder the new 1/4 watt resistor back in. Good luck!

Maybe someone has an extra one from a broken Xbox and can mail it to you.

a lot of guys on this thread http://forums.xbox-s...30 are calling it a diode but thats an idea all the same. Just need to figure out a way to replace it.
