Microsoft through use of an Forced update damaged My xbox 360. If you connected to live, they also damaged Your 360. mad.gif
They deliberately blew an e-fuse in it. Meaning i cannot downgrade my dashboard to a version i want to.
Since it's mine, and not theirs this could be classed as willful destruction of property.
While i live in the uk, and have no chance of winning a case, all the people in the usa should have a go. biggrin.gif

no dice man. Im pretty sure microsoft would have a better attorney than anyone on these forums, also by NOT flashing my drive I am not banned which flashing your drive violates somnething. Im pretty sure microsoft put something about this in writing along time ago.
