3rd Gen Headlight Fix
1982 to 1992 Firebirds and Trans Ams



well i did this and it works great... just wanted to help other ppl out by telling them how to fix those cool headlights for less then $0.25.....I TAKE NO CREDIT FOR MAKING THIS

p.s. it also has a 4th gen fix, u might be able to just turn the gear 180 degrees or buy a gear for it......

shameless plug for you thirdgenners out there, try www.thirdgen.org for everything 1982 to 1992 related and then some. Nice to see you found the fix my mother did that to hers once or twice.

i was just browsing the internet for some new motors and it poped up

and thanks for that web site..too bad it is down right now for maintenance...

Yeah its a great site with a wealth of info, I used to to do the 4th gen into 3rd gen dash swap on my 1992 Formula
