Here's a snipet of my box so far...finished painting it this weekend, just have to touch up a spot or two. Just follow the link in my sig. I used vinyl dye for the blue, and the "x" and middle front is blue/purple chameleon paint. I would have to say I am very pleased with they way it turned out laugh.gif

It should be finished by the end of this week, once I get my samsung 616t, blue cathode, and mortal kombat jewel from mastermods.com....wait, who am i kidding, modding is never finished blink.gif

Enjoy peeps

Yeah, the chameleon paint works wonders. It's called Krylon Mystique....it comes in a set of 3 paint bottles: a base coat, the actual color, and a clear top coat. Around $15 at walmart...but the color choice was small...all they had was purple/blue at the walmart near me. The other colors available with this brand is green/yellow and purple/yellow....but honestly those wouldn't match that well with blue cathode and blue base color laugh.gif

There is a small scuff mark if you didn't notice on the x itself, but it should be easy to fix....also there is masking tape scum on the blue grill (tiny amount), but a good washing will set it straight.

Otherwise, it's one of the better paint jobs i had, considering this was one of the first xbox's produced, (Manufactured november 2001), and the person who had it was a smoker, so there was a shit load of dust and other particles inside....i'll have pics of all this crap later on the link.

Side note: thanks for admiring my nice dremel work....actually I used a Ryobi (a dremel look alike.....on my avatar, by the way)...and I sanded too beerchug.gif

Well, this golf course is in my backyard, but there is only one hole, it's a par 5, 976 yards. And I have lights on the inner rim, in case I wanna play at night blink.gif

If you happen to know me, you would recognize me in the photo...haha, I guess my 4th shot didn't make it in the hole.
