I have the same arror on both my XBOX's and see XBMCSCRIPTS.COM isn't working also. Assume that's why I get this error. Is there something being done about it? Thanks

I also think it has something to do with XBMCSCRIPTS.COM being showing errors

Look in xbmc -->system-->python-->dlls

If the files are in Cap Letters try to rename to Small letter ( ex: ZLIB.PYD --> zlib.pyd ).

I had the same message error, and it was the solution.

( Sorry for my writing errors english is not my first language )
