89F after 10hrs, what did you do? watercooling?

the very most any proc should be at is 125F/52C, if your like me you would want it to be somewhere around 100F/37C

and this is after a good 5hrs of full processing.

sleep.gif well. I covered all holes at top and bottom (box is horizontal) installed whispers, and put stock fans at right side of it. i made little wooden part to that side so it's not "leaking". All air what goes in is coming from rear fan holes, the side where hdd was before i internalized it and every crack there is.all fans are running at 9v. from external power source. I can tell you it's not that noisy at all. at 12v it's like my mom hoovering right next to me biggrin.gif. but it doesn't really matter if they are running at 5v or 9v it sounds like same. So no water cooling.. i would love to watercool it but i don't have that much money... sad.gif hope you understand my bad english again. tongue.gif

I put some temp probes on my gpu and cpu heatsinks to check whether I needed additional fans inside the 360.. I have the 12V fan mod on both stock fans. Normal games, the gpu temp is from 50-55C while playing GOW or COD4, the temps goes as high as 58 C. CPU temps stays around 45-50C. This is playing on a pc monitor on 720p. Ambient temperature in my part of the world is around 28-33C. So I guess its normal you can reach as high as 60C specially if you're on 1080i/p.

I am running at 720P. well out in the open to get plenty of air, no other heat sorce arround. I play in a smaller room but i even vent that so the room dosent over heat durring a long session. I Have even taken a differente temp guage and just let it sit behind the box, and air comming out is at about 36.2'C. Im starting to think maby my fans arnt giving me the right temps....

On the back where the fans are putting out hot air there is 2 sets of grills, one metal on off the internal case and one on the white case thats stock. Would it be worth it to cut off the metal grilll and leaving the white one there, or do you think i wont notus much of a difference???
