Hi all,

I'm new here, so if this is in the wrong section, feel free to move it. smile.gif

It's been a while since I used avalaunch, and was just checking the settings it has.

Under hardware info it informs me that is has detected a developer kit based kernel.
I was wondering, do I have a special xbox or something (hope so tongue.gif )? Or does this have nothing to do with my xbox and is it just the avalaunch version that I downloaded. Although I don't think it is, because I remember that the previous version I had, before I replaced my hdd, also reporting this.

I tried looking this up on google, and it just points me either to a site explaining about developing games for the xbox, or it says it can't find any results if I use quotes.

So, can anybody explain me what it is?

It's an error in the code. I have noticed this for a really long time. It is reading the kernel wrong and it makes ava think that it is the dev kit. Sorry, your box isn't special. tongue.gif
