Has anyone tried running a 360 without all the casing etc just using the power supply etc or a modded one?

I ran my 360 for a week without the casing, I just didn't feel like putting it back on. Not a big deal, seems like if anything it would just add extra air circulation. Why would you not want to have a case on though?

I was just interested if the ran better naked lol did anyone test the heat dissipation stats from it?

I have done this a few times with computers when theyve been shorting on the case and people have thought they were dead, screwdriver to power switch jumper to start it smile.gif

I also done this when my case was purely smashed
