I collect a xbox360 from a friend he both it off some guy that fixes them in the states the 1st think i notices is that the fan was spinning very fast so i opened it up and i noticed that a voltage regulator Q3a2 ( i believe that the number written next to it on the motherboard has pin 2 of the pins soldered together
also the another voltage regulator under the motherboard closer to the AV port ( Q3m1 )
has the 2 of the pin solder also
and the fan was plugged directly into the molex port ( which normally gives 5v when the systme is cool and 12 when it get 2 hot

just wanted confirm is any know if this cause the molex connection for the xbox360 to run at 12v all the time
