Gtaiv Rendering Lag Problems

having problems with gta 4 using a benq 12x drive pioneer 212 and aone disk burned at 2.4 any one eles having Rendering Lag Problems no buildings then 20 secs later al appears

Hmmm, strange one this. Ive seen it running perfect on a Hitachi and Samsung but on a friends BenQ he was having the exact same issue. On AOne media and Zero Defex. I thought maybe its cos his BenQ was running at 8X so I re-flashed it for him to 12X but still the same? He has no HardDrive though on his 360 so I dunno if thats got anything to do with it. He's getting some Verbs to see if that helps, otherwise he has to stick with his original that ASDA kindly sold him before release!

does the original work on yours and your friends without the hard drive?

Having same issues with BenQ drive ... physical same disc in other type of drive has no problems what so ever.. problem remains with or without HDD....

Why is nobody verifying whether this happens with the original? Honestly, I'd like to know if the ORIGINAL is giving problems with a BENQ drive. I'd find it really interesting if such a large percentage of Xbox360 owners would have a problem tomorrow night...
