360 Hard Drive To Pc Drive?

i was wondering if anyone new how to turn your old worthless 20gb360 hard drive into a external or oversized flash drive for my pc or laptop??

you dont have to buy that exact one, just to give you an idea.

basically it just lets you plug in your 2.5" drives into an IDE cable, which a PC is capable as reading as a drive. I haven't tried booting from one, but I imagine for storage it is just fine.

I use these things to use Ghost images for our tablet PC's and laptops at work.

2.5" drives into an IDE cable?? you know that there 360 hard drive dont have IDE, that is SATA!

The problem there is that thing is a 2.5" to 3.5" IDE adapter and the 360 HDD is a 2.5" SATA.


@ merderjunkie - If ya want to do that get yourself a 2.5" External Enclosure to stick the drive in, just make sure it can accept a 2.5" SATA drive.
