Very likely FireFox could be ported to a format that would run within XBMC, but who'd want to go to the effort?!

If you especially want to browse in XBMC, try LinksBox. But really you'd be much better off just having your console boot a Linux distro so you can run FireFox through that.

Either way I wouldn't bother unless you've got HD. SD is just too low res for web browsing IMO.

I've tried both linksbok and firefox on linux (on HD) and the firefox experience is definitely more enjoyable - not to mention CSS and javascript and java applet support. HD is necessary for reading the web page - I can't make out the fonts on another xbox that runs on SD.

The best way is running firefox off linux since the linux distro seems to use fewer system resources so your internet browsing is actually quite fast. Running it on 98 was so slow I was forced to quit and see how it did on Linux. No comparison.

If you got issues with Navi-X, check out http://xbmc.org/foru...ead.php?t=43884 and pot your questions there. It works great for me and you can even check out a working demo on our website. www.navi-x.org version 2.4 is out now!!!
