Problem With Converting Images To Xbx

* Save in photoshop as a DDS with the nvidia dds plugin v8.23 as 126.96.36.199 ARGB Unsigned or similar.
* Convert it to xbx using Fast_xbx2dds2img.exe
* I add it in the xbox project and compile it in visual studio into the xbe.
Its all fine except for a damn section of corrupt bits that keep occuring in the bottom right (See image)
Ive tried other dds formats, but I need to use one that accepts transpancies and not at a low colour depth. It doesnt appear on the dds file, so seems fast_xbx2dds2img is messing it. I cant convert the xbx back to an image to check, it outputs a garbled image.
What does everone else use to get xbx files with transparencies?

Could be the bundler.exe. Ive no idea how to fix the codes source tho.
