So I am deleting this old version of tweakui and have to do it manually. No problem. On the website where I got the information on how to do this, also suggest I do something with HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/...

I have no idea what this is, except I think it has to do something with the registry. But where is it and how do I use this? Is a command? address?

I'm lost.

Hit Windows Key + R to bring up the run box. Type in regedit and hit enter. This will bring up the registry for editing. I would back up the things you are editing first (or just do the whole thing) before messing with it.

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE is a hive which stores a logical group of keys, subkeys, and values in the registry.
