Very well thought out! I like how you labeled everything, little details make the biggest differences! biggrin.gif

SUGGESTION- Krylon white 'powder coat' spray paint for your screw tops. Wont scratch easy when disassembling and will hide them a little.

Impressive, guy! biggrin.gif Really like the intergration of wifi and usb. Quick question, I don't see a lot of vents on the sides or rear of the machine for heat dispersment; how are you able to keep the unit ventilated properly?

it would be awesome to use the original xbox case, but cut down vertically. I saw something like that on llama.

does that dvd drive play games? and the ventilation looks shocking, but still. sweet build! what did you make it out of? it looks like PVC foam or something.

Hey bro, did you have any problems with cutting holes for the ports? And what did you use to do it?
Also, how about cooling? I could'nt see the right side of the box, i see tha fan but that's it.

I would like to second the question, what kind of material is the case, and where did you get it?
