Ok I havent fooled around with XBMC for a few years and Im having some issues. I just installed the latest release of TE3H Beta 2 to E:\Apps\XBMC. In the tools section of the build I renamed the. "SHORTCUT by TEAM XBMC.cfg" and "SHORTCUT by TEAM XBMC.xbe" to default.xbe. I put those two files that I renamed to the C:\ drive. I made sure that the bios boot off the C:\ drive and also made sure that it boots off default.xbe.

Is there something that Im doing wrong?
I also followed this tutorial but im still having issues

I have a X3 modchip installed if that makes a difference.

Did you edit default.cfg to point to your xbmc location e.g. E:\Apps\XBMC\default.xbe ?

no because the default location of default.cfg is my correct location.

So, what happens when you boot the Xbox?

It goes to a grey screen and the hard drive starts making a noise like its accessing something. It worked fine when I had one of Gas givers old release. I just deleted the default files of the old release and replaced it with beta two, and now im getting this issue, ahhh I dying to see this new release.

I also tried to burn a AID and run it to see if I could use a lazy mans approach of installing XBMC, but for some reason it wont boot the disc?

Ok I got it to work, I downloaded Beta 1 and it works fine, I guess Beta 2 has a bug in it?
