Hey. I'm sort of new to the whole xbox scene, so there may be something that i dont exactly know about, but bare with me

Anyway, i got a Blaster360 after i was given a 360 with a Benq drive
Everything connected relatively easily. I realised though that i didn't know what configuration the blaster needs to be in to have the drive recongnised on my computer.

I found out that it should use the samsung settings (switch set to on, modeb off, pc mode) but i can't seem to get the drive to show up anywhere on my pc. I know the sata controller works because i have a sata hdd connected to it.

I have an Abit KN9s motherboard with an nforce 550 chipset if that helps in anyway. The Drive doesn't show up anywhere in the bios nor in windows.

Any help would be appreciated

First thing you need to do is throw that piece of crap Blaster out. It wont help you much with that BenQ anyway.

Second thing you need to do is get the 360 textbook tutorial here.

http://www.360mods.n...ails/id=61.html

Third thing is flash your console and put it back together and enjoy it.
