Again, people who have made their mind up before the nominees were even named.
Just like the Bronx clip. Those people were gonna vote democrat from the word go.

So there's ignorant McCain supporters and ignorant Obama supporters.....So what?

Show me a clip where some people try to defend Obama's plan for socialism...That's what I would like to see....

BTW....note to admin....Why is McCain's name fine under the auto spell check, but Obama's isn't? I'm certainly no Obama fan, but fair is fair....

Here it is from a Republican

Unless he's a traitor and terrorist too?

LOL, I just saw some FOX Noise, and the republican talking points are:

1) Powell was not a republican anymore

2) He did it ALL because of race

3) It was revenge for the Bush admin using him

Yeah....Because powell says it's not socialism...he must be right.

Taxing the rich greatly, giving free money to the poor, to put them on more equal ground...that's not socialism?...I don't know what's up with powell.

@throwingks:
Funny as it may sound, I've used FF for around 2 years....But hadn't made any forum posts anywhere until recently...So I had just figured it was part of the forum... tongue.gif

Well....It's fine if you feel that way. Just realize the cost of socialism, having everything handed to you, costs you your freedom. And if people are fine with that...Then there's not much I can say...

I cant wait until i can move to canada to be in a less socialist country

but you got to love a tax cut for 95% of the population where most of those people dont pay taxes. Paying people to be citizens. Where is the motivation to exceed when all you are going to do is pay for someone to stay home and pick up a welfare check.

Socialism cannot work in our current government, everything they control too much now is in the shitter, what makes anyone think they can run more of it?

Oh it'll work alright....The question is, for how long? Maybe people will see what's happening in 4 years. Though I fear it'll be more like 8 years....

And there is no motivation...Like I said in the other thread....I'll honestly consider not getting a job again. Maybe the only way for people to see what's going on is for everyone to quit their jobs and exploit the hell out of this "tax cut".

Not "must be." But, "is."
An extra $257 dollars. Oh, no! The humanity.

He is also cutting Capital Gains taxes, you know?

Quit listening to headlines and figure out all 3 stories. Obama's, McCain's, and the truth. Powell is just noise. You need to decide if he is trustworthy or not. Then, you know if you have to fact check him as often.

Headlines?! That's funny...

Did you check that guy's math? Because what he's saying doesn't add up at all...

Not to mention, if it was just $250 difference, then where is this $5000 per person for health care come from?

@gcskate27
Wow....That's all you got....What a contribution to the discussion...I mean...You obviously disagree with what I'm saying, but you don't have to provide any facts to the contrary. Just an obtuse statement. What a wonderful thing.
