Hello! I know it works only replacing the NAND chip with a key motherboard broken, to put in a motherboard with the key lost?

I am sorry for bad English

If I understand you correctly the answer is no.

You need to swap the NAND and the CPU together in order to do that.

If you have a bad motherboard you can get a new one and it should come with the key from the original DVD drive so you can re-key and spoof your drive so it will work with it.
