Just wondering where we stand legaly on the bannings,
microsofts position when you ring support is not to disclose any info on bannings and that,
so from a legal point of view where do we stand on the matter?

fair enough we all know why we've banned but surely they have to actually tell you what condition you've breached.
and support said something to me today, they told me that if you use a HDD from a banned console on another non bannedconsole it will get banned,
my response to this was that i am currently using my old hdd on my new xbox and are not banned, and if it turns out to be true (which i highly doubt) isnt this illegal

Ask a lawyer.
Example of a typical banned person below

" hey I don't pay for games , I pirate them and MS stopped me using them to play on live, just like it states in their TOS"
If it makes you want to rant then you don't flash your drive etc.
If you need legal advice on it then you need to see trained legal person.
This will turn into the usual
" Don't whine thread"
