okay guys, im working on a customer's 360.

this one has no power at all. He said that his brother unplugged the power cable from the console while it was still on and since then they couldnt turn it back on.

I already did the x-clamp fix and I did a full reflow of the system. Still not turning on, what seems to be the problem??

Also, orange led on the power supply and my power supply works.

look around the site for the standby voltage transistors. there are two of them just in front of the gpu fan. the outputs on them should be 3.3v and 1.8v with the system plugged in. If that voltage is not there then they are your problem. If you find the voltages are present. It could be a ROL problem, but you can rule that out by just trying to use the eject button to start the 360. Once your sure nothing is wrong there. Then there really isnt too much else you could do. Since now it's probably a southbridge problem and that is a bga chip that needs expensive equipment to remove or a person with damn good skills to remove/replace it with a heatgun and not ruin it.
