Thanks Slayer

Ok it finally got that working and flash with DOS/Iprep USB, But i guess flashed the wrong FW, Because i hook it up to the 360 and got error 65.

So now im trying to write after doing the spoof under FirmwareTool 32.

and when i tried to get the Device ID i get this

Sending Lite-On-Erase request to port 0x9400
Drive returned Status 0xFF
Manufacturer ID: 0x0
Device ID: 0x0
Flash Name: Unknown type
Flash Size: n/a

i tried to Delete Liteon but nothing happend. Just to make sure YES i already got the KEY saved like 4 times smile.gif

Thanks

I somehow managed to mess up the lite-on erase on my fifth lite-on xbox (had flashed 4 the other day) and when i try to do the l-o-eras method in dos, it just keeps giving me this error msg:

"invalid ATA command block base register"

has anyone experienced this? i have the correct port and i have tried both my internal sata and the via card.

Try following this:
LiteOn DOS guide - PDF
LiteOn DOS guide - Flash
Both links are the same document, just diffent format.

That will explain the full flash procedure including reading keys, making hacked fw, erasing and flashing your drive. Hope it helps!
