I got error code E 74 the other day, so I opened up my xbox and fixed it using the x clamp fix. An hour ago, I tried powering on my xbox while it as still just the exposed motherboard, and it worked. Then I started to reassemble it and decided to try it out again once i put on the metal casing and half of the plastic casing. Now I receive error code E 74. Am I doing something wrong?
NOTE: I don't know if this has any importance, but before opening up my 360, the error E 74 display had all these lines going through it, just like the warning signs of E 74. Right now, the E74 screen has no lines on it.

common problems with E74 error. Your next step to try to fix it is heat gunning it, or finding someone with a reflow station to reflow the gpu and scaler chips for you, as you most likely have a broken solder connection somewhere between the gpu and scaler chip
