hi, i have just flashed my xbox with x2 v4976.02 and it works perfectly. after i transfered the files to my xbox i selected the file which said ' x2 v4976.02 multiver 256k'
after i selected it it flashed my xbox and everything worked perfectly.
but i have also got 3 other files and one of them is ' x2 IGR disabled ' when i select it, it says that the file is to big.(or something like that) can someone tell me how to get it to work

also i have downloade a file which is called ' x2 v 4977 coloured' can someone tell me what this is .
(is it just a file so u can change the colur of the xbox sign) if it is ,then can someone tell me he to use it .

Yes.

All you have to do to disable IGR on the X2 is copy x2 IGR disabled to the E: drive. Thats it!

cheers,
but if i do this would it cure my problem
my problem is , is that even though i have the IGR turned off in the settings menu it still restarts when i press R,L,START,BACK.

if i copy x2 IGR disabled to the E: drive will the IGN work properly.

also can someone tell me how to put ' x2 4977 colured ' file onto my xbox

thankx

You have two sets of IGR running - one is in evox (the three you mentioned you had switched off) and one is one the BIOS.

If you put the IGR_disabled file on it will stop the one in the BIOS from working so you will get no reset when you hold R,L,START,BACK.

'x24977 coloured' is probably a coloured BIOS (check if it is 256k in size), you would flash it to your chip in the same way you did the 4976.02 BIOS.
