yeah, i just purchased a bunch of leds, i only have 5mm ones though and i was wondering if it's still possible to use those to change the eject led. i red the tutorial up above that is pinned so i don't need help setting it up. i just want to know how i will be able to place it in there without problems of having it being too big. thanks in advanced

You will probably need to sand some of the LED down and some of the plastic on the xbox. But it will eventually fit.

well, will it matter if i don't have 2 leds on each side? liek if i only put 1 blue one on each side and don't do the error led? if so how should i do this? solder the positve to the top point and negative to the middle on the leftisde of the board thing. then on the right side, positive to bottom, negative in middle?

i don't really see how 2 will fit in there with it glowing pretty good too like the 3mm ones would

Ok, not sure exactly if this is what you said, but the top of the board should be the positive on both sides. You only need one led if you dont want an error one. Hope that helps.

No, that's wrong. Follow my pinned guide, leaving out the red LEDs.

can i just got the legs off of the original led and just solder the lbue ones on it?

also how would i make the led smaller if it doesn't fit that well, i know sanding it, but wouldn't that make it not as bright?
