My 360 fell off the shelf, killed the 20gb drive. I bought a 60gb drive on ebay labeled "360 drive". It is a 60gb seagate, it obviously came from a computer. Can this be used the 360, and if so how do I do it?
Thanks so much in advance,
gotsmartz

If you still have that old 20gb hdd case open it up and replace the old hdd with the new one. If the hdd case is broken and your unable to use it anymore you can take this cable from the hdd case and use it to connect the drive http://img199.images...89/s5030345.jpg

If you dont have the hdd case anymore buy something like this http://cgi.ebay.ie/w...em=260421438230

Yeah you must replace the broken one in the case, and use hddhackr utility to enable it as a proper xbox 360's 60GB.

Well i assumed the hdd shipped pre-flashed couse hddhackr doesnt support seagate. Wich would make the hdd useless for him.
