So while measuring for a 12v source for the fan mod (I like to check things myself), my butter fingers bridged two points on one of the regulators and my PSU light turned red. Not much of a loss since I was performing an Xclamp and penny ram fix anyway, but are there any fuses inside the PSU I can replace? When I power cycle the PSU, it stays orange until I attempt to power on the Xbox 360 to which it immediately turns red.

Did you try another brick to check if it is the power brick the problem indeed?

Unfortunately I haven't been able to get a hold of one yet. I will continue to search for anything burnt and perform some resistance measurements

[edit]

For instance my 12v and GND pins have a 0.3 Ohm measurement o_O

If your brick is the trouble, then the reading you will get will not be right ones. Find another brick to test it.

I will try that, but these readings were on the 360 mobo with the PSU disconnected
