With all this talk/topics on whats going around the scene as of late i would really like to learn just what everything means and where its "coming from"
i understand whats going on with all the new jtag hacks and such in a broad sense, but i really would like to know the rock bottom basics.

im not looking for someone to explain it for me, just for point(s) of reference and what "topics" to research

like just whats a kernal, the fuses you're talking about, maybe the points on the motherboard and hardware in general...
whats involved in the microsoft dash and code

also coding in general and what is involved to code for libxenon homebrew.

anything i may need to make me knowledgeable enough to know whats going on and if at the very least help others

i know im asking a little much but im really tired of sitting around reading forums all day,
i want to get my hands dirty, i want to contribute something/anything.

well thanks in advance for any help sorry for the long ass post

free60.org would be a good place to look and from my experience www.xboxhacker.net seems to have the more hardcore down to basics things on it

hope this helps
