Any chance the new 3TB HDDs could work? Lol. They don't work on XP, but I have no idea what the 360's "OS" is or what it's capable of.

I would imagine so. smile.gif

Thus far no one has found a limit to the size of HDD the 360 can handle, and considering drives as big as 2TB already work without Microsoft 'supporting' them on the 360 OS level (the JTAG hack doesn't change the HDD 'drivers', just the authentication check), I would assume that the current HDD driver code can handle a 3TB drive just fine too. happy.gif

@relaxxx

This is one I did, it works. It's better because the 360 HD connector still works if you need it without terminating any spliced cables.

Nice!

I wasn't even aware of this option, but it's nice to know an option exists on the top of the board.

Thanks for the images and pinouts! happy.gif

But you can only use an MS drive, or a select few laptop drives if the console isn't jtag'd. And nothing over 250GB will be visible to the xbox.

Not sure if it has been asked yet or how bad of an idea it is, but how much risk is there in rewiring the connector from an Intercooler fan and using that as the 12V tap?

Just FTP into the system. Then add or remove any files you need to.
