Need Help Getting An Xbox Controller

We have an XBOX 360 and the controller that came with the game became defective within the warantee time frame.

I called the Microsoft tech support and they promised that they would ship a replacement.

They didn't.

So I called them back and the call center promised again that they would ship a replacement.

They didn't.

So I thought I would give posting my experience here for a try and see if anyone can offer some tips to resolving my problem.

uhh, im not sure man but my friends got the same problem with his halo 3 though. except whenever he calls them, they say they havent shipped it back yet. it will probably come, just b pacient. they probably just dont focus on the smaller problems at hand as much as they do with the 360's
