I just got 3 wisdom teeth pulled. The local anesthetic has worn off. I am on tylonel 3's, but the pain is still brutal.

Advice?

I got vicadin when I got mine out, I only had 2 the day of. I was going to save the rest for later and only used motrin sparingly. I have a high tolerance for pain though

I just got to stay on top on the pain killers. If I take the tylonel 3's every 4 hours and 2 ibuprofen inbetween, it feels ok. Eating is the worst though. All the food makes its way to the back of my mouth and I am worried about cleaning.
