I brought a xbox 360 that was RRoD i fixed it, and has been working for nearly a year and now it has started crashing sometimes in dashboard or in games. I replaced the thermal compound on it but it still crashes. It doesn't RRoD or anything just crashes. Any Ideas, Thanks.

The fixes are temporary, just some last longer than the others.
If you did x-clamps, play with the tightness of the screws.
If you reflowed, you may have to do it again.

Alternatively it could be that your heatsinks are just getting too hot, try using an external fan to cool the gpu and cpu.

It can still freeze without showing RROD even if it is gpu/cpu/ram having cold solder joints.

If you checked everything.....i have no idea.

Well, if it crashes randomly then I think you are gonna get RROD again soon. Do you see graphical glitches like artifacts during gameplay? If so then definitely you are gonna get RROD soon.

i do a lot of repair work and from the sound of things like the post above stated you might have to just re-flow again
